This confrence was amazing! I got go to bear lake for the first time, and wyoming twice, the first was the first time.
My favorite talk would be Elder Holland's talk. He talked about how words cut deper than the flesh. It was very inspiring. The part that hit me like a brick was the fact that we need to speak kind about ourselves. Thats where i have problems. But his talk stuck out to me more than others.
Hahahah now you know why people tell me to shut-up! :P`~

Being kind to myself? No....!
If we are expected to be kind to others, surely we must be kind to ourselves, as well. It's one thing to be humble, but quite another to be self-insulting. I've had to work on it a bit myself, but the end result is totally worth it. :-D
